Whalsay Made is a small food company based on the isle of Whalsay, in Shetland, Scotland, producing homemade delicious preserves, chutneys and sauce. We use as many locally-sourced produce as possible, and grow much of our own ingredients too.

Our products are made in small batches with a particular focus on good quality, locally-sourced ingredients and sustainability. Whalsay Made key products are Whalsay Sweet Chilli Sauce, Gin and Lime Marmalade and Carrot Marmalade - but we have so many more flavours of organic, homemade preserves, chutneys and sauce.

Beautiful homemade chutney, marmalade and chilli sauce. Was lucky enough to taste all of them at a recent training session where Donna showcased her products. Tasted them all, my favourite was caramelised carrot chutney. Amazing! 5 stars ****
